Welcome to Sharma Refrigeration Air Conditioner ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, booking an on-site service, purchasing pre-owned appliances, or enrolling in an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), you agree to be bound by the following terms:
1. Service Bookings & Inspections
Service requests can be scheduled through our website or direct contact channels.
A standard inspection/visitation fee applies for on-site diagnostic visits. If you proceed with the suggested repair or service, this fee may be adjusted or waived against the total billing at our sole discretion.
Accurate addresses and functional electrical/water connections on-site are the customer's responsibility.
2. Quotations, Pricing & Payments
Any repair estimate provided by technicians is valid for 7 calendar days. Unforeseen part requirements discovered during teardown will be quoted prior to installation.
All advance payments (including booking deposits via UPI, QR code, or online gateways) must be confirmed prior to technician dispatch for peak-demand slots.
Final settlement is due immediately upon completion of service, either via cash, UPI, or accepted digital modes.
3. Spare Parts & Service Warranty
Only repairs using parts supplied directly by Sharma Refrigeration qualify for our limited service warranty (typically 30 days for service labor and 90 days for specific replaced electrical parts, unless stated otherwise on your invoice).
We are not liable for pre-existing internal wiring defects, compressor internal burnout caused by extreme voltage fluctuations, or tampering by third-party technicians following our visit.
4. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
AMC terms cover scheduled periodic checkups, filter cleaning, and chemical washes as itemized in the specific contract package.
AMC packages exclude unlisted sheet metal replacements, accidental physical damage, or refrigerant re-piping unless explicitly stated.
5. Limitation of Liability
Sharma Refrigeration Air Conditioner will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from appliance failure, power surges, or environmental operating conditions beyond our reasonable control.
